  We have had a very poor experience with geek squad, and the staff in general. The geek squad does not know how to fix simple issues sometimes, and we spent much more money on an easy fix here, than at another locally owned computer repair store. Also, much of the regular staff that walks around the products do not know much about the things that they are selling. They have given me false information on more than one occasion. Finally, the demos for certain headphones, and speakers, barely ever work. After going there quite often I feel almost like they don't want to sell the Sony's brand headphones as bad as others. ALSO, BE CAREFUL BUYING PHONES HERE!!! The phones sold here are NOT unlocked, they are universal, which means the first sim card you put in, will lock it to that carrier!!
