  I am usually so impressed with the products and customer service at this store! However, today I was less than pleased. I went in to exchange an item for a different size and bought a few other items while I was at it. When they exchanged the item, they gave me a credit for what I had paid for the item online and rung it up as more expensive than I had previously paid! When I alerted them to this, they were quite rude and had some bullcrap answer about how they credited my "rewards account" with my free $10 rewards. So basically I just ended up paying more for the item than I had originally bought it for. To make matters worse, they loudly discussed it in front of everyone waiting in line, making me feel horrible and embarrassed. Needless to say, it was not their best day. Hopefully they will be on their game next time.

  Very good service. I called to get a replacement for my pullover fleece due to it ripping in the sleeve. They didn't have the replacement in the store, so one of the employee went online and had it sent to my house. Very pleased with the service.
