  I purchased a necklace for my Mom less than 3 months ago and the chain broke. This was no bargain bin necklace. It came with a pamphlet warranty, so I thought I was all set. I expected a different experience. I went in there to get it repaired. No customer service, no eye contact at all. I eventually walked up to someone who was too busy doing other paperwork and told her the situation. She was so rude. She disappears for 10 minutes not informing me what was even going on or what she was doing. Then she comes back to tell me it will be $40 to repair it because I did not purchase the "extended warranty." What a rip off scam. I got the work done elsewhere, and I won't be back and won't purchase from them again. They won't stand behind their jewelry and there are plenty of other options and places who will for a lifetime free maintenance etc. Rude people, too. Definitely a NO

  Went to get my ring re-sized. The lady didn't seem to care about my ring problems. She would carry my ring around the store by wearing it on her finger. Got my ring back after re-sizing and it's still too big, she only had me try one size before re-sizing. I asked her how to stop my ring from spinning and she said I couldn't do anything about that. Just poor customer service in general from this young woman.
