  Great service. Went there to pick up a 50 gallon, natural gas water heater. I didn't need to look for any help in getting it to my car. The team member was me wheeling it to the register and asked if I need help getting it in my car. The lady at the register informed me of all the rebates and discounts that I received. I was very pleased with the customer service. Nice job Lowe's

  We ordered a slider and aluminum to be wrapped around our windows. The contractor never installed the footbolt that was supposed to come with the slide. When they came out to wrap the windows they told us it was going to be extra even though we had already gotten a price from Lowe's. They also took our $600 dill set that was in our garage. We filed a police report but Lowes wouldn't disclose the names of the installers. They also wouldn't reimburse us for our loss. It was a big hassle all around.
