- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆June 26, 2020, by Blake Kellyits 4:30pm and I'm trying to call and talk to someone about an order I'm trying to pickup and NONE of the departments are picking up their phones. Except Optical and they're not even technically "Sears". There's not even a voicemail to leave a message, I'm just clicking through prompts and then the auto-menu hangs up on me when the department phone doesn't answer. sweet. thanks guys.
