  Tried to do a simple activation. After an hour of the employee calling her coworker trying to figure out how to do it, I was told I needed to bring my phone somewhere else because they couldn't. She couldn't figure out the computer so it took her 10 minutes for her to even start helping me. Don't waste your time here if you have issues with your account.

  Aaron and Tyler went above and beyond keeping the store open a half hour past closing time to transfer the contents of my old phone to my new. My phone was taking FOREVER to transfer everything, causing them to stay late. They kept a great attitude through it all. Great Sprint store and staff!!
