  Received extremely poor service today from Chip. I was informed we could not be helped with a service need as a brand new customer to Sprint for less than 24 hours. All that was needed was to take 3 existing phones and add them to our new plan. We were told to call customer service, because they couldn't do anything! Chip did not offer to call customer service to assist us and did not provide ANY assistance to resolve the situation, after buying 5 brand new phones from another location the previous day. Luckily Robert from Sprint Corporate Sales Customer Service was able to fix everything without any issues. Customers beware, you may only receive assistance if you are getting new service or buying a new phone at this location, otherwise please use any other Sprint Store!!!!!
