I went to this store in person, it took an hour and a half for the person who attended me to make an order for a foil print monogram which is not what i'm complaining about. I called today (6 days later) to know the status of the order only to be told that the order was never placed. I needed these for my wedding invitations which needed to be sent out when the monograms arrived. Now, 6 days have been wasted and I have to make a complete new order because it is nowhere to be found. It is upsetting since no additional effort was taken to solve the situation and time for this is very valuable. I don't mind spending hours on doing something that shows results. Yet, taking 2 hours to do something for one of the most important events in my life, when i have a baby to attend to, breast feed etc and having the store's personnel simply state that the person who took that order was "covering and isn't from that store " as an answer, tells me that they don't care for their customers needs. The least i expected was to show some compassion and complete willingness to at least re-take my order, pretty basic if you ask me .

We went here to print tickets off from my email. We walked in and were not greeted by anyone. We figured out where we had to go on our own. Then when we got to the copy center, the worker ariana was helping the 1 customer that was there. I waited in line for 5 minutes for her to acknowledge us and she didn't. I went and asked someone else for help and she sent me right back over to her. We then waited for another 5 minutes and she still didn't acknowledge us. Then a younger guy in brown shirt (floor director maybe?) Walked up and asked how he could help us. I told him and he explained what to do with no problem. My issue is that she knew we were standing waiting and could have at least said I'll be with you in a moment, or asked what I needed help with because we clearly did not know what to do. So we wasted 10 minutes standing in line for a 30 second explanation from someone who doesn't even work in that department. She has very poor customer service skills, and we will not be returning.
