  If you need special order or order a ring in a different size go somewhere else. Told them the size I needed and they wouldn't believe me and sold me a ring 3.5 sizes to big. Told me they will have the size I need orderd and in in 6 weeks, been over 8 weeks and give me the run around on it and not give any info on where it is.. They also seem to never have your info on file and assume you put it under a different name and or number... NOT HAPPY... I won't be buying from them ever again.. still waiting on the engagement ring I ordered. When it's time to get the wedding band I'll be going elsewhere..
